Habitica: Gamified Taskmanager App Reviews

Much better than the old HabitRPG app. Runs much more smoothly and looks better. The only issue Ive come across is far is that the costumes of party members dont show up - only their currently equipped gear.

I really enjoy this idea of RPG my to do items and habits. Still, it is a bit inconvenient to go into app just to tick off tasks or review certain list. A widget in your future update will be really amazing. Thank you for this helpful system and design. Keep up the good work.

Im only a couple days into the app, but so far it is working amazingly for me. I laud the group working on this for coming up with and creating a game with such a brilliant concept as Habitica. Five stars from me!

The app itself is simple, but the concept works wonders. By completing your tasks you earn gold (among other things); I put gold prices to the vacation trip or the "toys" I want to buy... and I see how focusing on the right priorities *pays back* (literally)

Habitica is a fun and enjoyable way to develop good habits and get things done. Three of us in our family have been "playing" it for a few months now and we enjoy going on quests and encouraging each other. The most fun way to track To Do items that I have found. This iOS version lets you do almost all of the key things that you can do on the website.

Why oh why cant we use any functions without internet connection??

The "new and improved" look for the mobile app isnt great. The habits are now way to big so I cant see as many at a time, the tab at the top that shows my profile keeps moving up and down all the time and I now have a purple circle in the middle of the screen that will never go away. The old way was much better. The only new thing I like is that it shows your dailies streaks now.

Still have major UI flaws (like the huge edit hit box) and now you can only see 3 todos or tasks at a time. What use is a task management app that only shows 3 items?

The functions cover pretty much everything important to every day life. My only Problem thus far is that the profile top-down tab takes too much space and is pretty annoying to deal with. There are issues with the UI where I either cant fully scroll up or scroll down to read/select a text. There should also be a function where you could alter the placement of a task (like moving it to the bottom of the list for example)

Its super easy to use and figure out, and love the interface. However its missing some things like private message and guild options that you see on the web interface. But if you are focusing on you and less a social aspect then its pretty darn good.

It is a very good game for remembering habits and setting goals I also see no problems in the app!!!

I started using this app earlier this week and it has helped motivate me to do things so much! Im very fond of RPG elements and this app makes my tasks feel like games. Me and my sister both are in a party and we help encourage each other. Currently I am dying a lot due to my own bad habits, but hopefully someday Ill get my life together and start to get past level 3!

Amazing app...Im finally going to bed on time! Not to mention Ive kicked my Facebook habit, Im watching less TV, and instead Im reading more books, working more hours, and keeping the house neater. Basically, Im becoming the best version of myself. And its free! There is a paid version as well, but you really dont need it. I upgraded just to help support the developers.

This app is great for keeping you on track with things in your life. Its just this version is constantly crashing so I hope they update to fix it soon.

My son and I absolutely love this app - I will give it five stars when it stops crashing. It seems the awards page specifically is causing issues. Cant wait for next update!

Habitica allies fun and tasks. It helps me get important things done and keep track of my progress, all this with motivating goals like levelling up or getting all the Pets and Mounts.

Very good way to hold yourself accountable.

Love this app! The team seems to work hard to make it better and better and I cant wait to see upcoming updates!
